Do you ship to different countries?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please go to our shipping page to see more in detail about shipping times.

Where is my order?

UK Orders:

If it has been more than 12 days since dispatch and your order hasn't arrived, please email us at thesundaysocietyuk@gmail.com and I will try my best to look into it for you.

International Orders:

If it has more 32 days since dispatched and your order hasn't arrived, please email us at thesundaysocietyuk@gmail.com and I will try my best to look into it for you.

Please note for international orders, you may see a wide delivery time frame at checkout to account for potential customs delays at border control. However, most order will arrive within the first half of the estimated window.

Where is my tracking number?

To keep postage cost as low as possible, the postage service we use is Royal Mail standard mail services, which does not provide real time tracking.

If you require tracked services, this can purchased as a upgrade at check out. The your tracking will be emailed to you once it has been dispatched.

How do i cancel my order? 

We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of ordering! We will refund your purchase if the request is made with the 24 hours.

Do you accept returns?

Our products are handmade to order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offers refunds for non-damaged items.

Do you offer any discount? 

We offer a 10% discount when you order 5 or more items! Please use the promo "10OFF". We also give a special code on each order purchased for any future purchases you wish to make.

 

Do you offer wholesale prices?
